Funders who participate through Funding Incentives™ receive a full 100 percent return on their chosen tier in the form of rewards. For example, a $10 Tier gives the funder their $10 back and grants an additional $10 in rewards, redeemable when the startup opens or at an established business seeking extra capital. Tiers may be offered in any denomination — $10, $20, $30, and so on — each with its own availability limit and a defined number of permitted reloads up to 10.

When a consumer buys a percentage-based Tier through IncentraMax™, they receive their entire purchase amount back, plus a reward or discount equal to the Tier’s percentage. For example, a $50 Tier with a 50 percent match returns the $50 and adds a $25 reward, giving the consumer $75 in total value to spend at the participating local business.

These rewards and discounts deliver exceptional value to consumers while benefiting neighborhood businesses through increased spending, helping to strengthen and sustain the local community.

Reloads allow funders to contribute multiple times to the same reward tier. For example, a $10 tier in Funding Incentives™ can be reloaded up to 10 times for repeated rewards.

Consumers in IncentraMax™ can also use reloads, which may be unlimited depending on the tier structure.

Offline Cash is an in-person transaction method that lets funders contribute at the physical location of any business. Offline Cash, connects with a POS system via API, and avoids third-party fees.

IncentraMax™ is for consumers. It may offer unlimited reward availability and reloads, allowing supporters to continuously engage with their favorite local businesses and enjoy ongoing rewards and discounts — all while helping to strengthen the local economy.
Yes. IncentraMax™ provides unlimited availability and reloads on select Tiers, so consumers can earn the same reward as often as they like. Only one reward tier may be active at a time, but a consumer can end it and switch to another tier whenever they wish. Funding Incentives™ works differently: each campaign offers a single reward tier with up to ten reloads. When the funding goal is met, the campaign closes, and the creator can then opt to launch IncentraMax™ as a follow-on program.
