1. Overview

At Incentrex, Inc., customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how we handle requests for refunds, cancellations, and returns for our downloadable software and subscription-based services.
By purchasing our software or subscribing to our services, you agree to this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

a. Downloadable Software

Due to the digital nature of our software products, all leases are final once the download or license key has been issued.
Refunds may be granted only under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • The software is proven to be defective or non-functional on supported systems, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 business days.
  • You were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error.

b. Subscription Services

If you purchased a recurring subscription (monthly, annual, etc.):

  • You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard, with the exception of Funding Incentives.
  • If canceled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for the unused portion of a subscription.
  • First-time subscription purchases may be eligible for a full refund within 7 days, provided no campaigns have been created, or rewards or discounts have occurred.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must:

  • Contact us at the email address listed below.
  • Provide proof of purchase (e.g., order ID, email address, etc.)
  • Explain the issue clearly

All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.

4. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may delay or invalidate eligibility for a refund. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in the immediate suspension of your account or license.

5. Cancellation of Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time, with the exception of Funding Incentives if a campaign has been initiated, via your account settings or by contacting us directly. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not retroactively refund payments already processed.

6. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Failure to review system requirements before purchase
  • Change of mind
  • Incompatibility with third-party software not explicitly supported
  • User error or data loss caused by misuse
